Information collected

When you submit an inquiry, this site collects the name, email address, optional phone number, optional shipping ZIP or postal code, inquiry type, photograph selection, presentation preference, approximate size, and message you provide.

A separate commission inquiry may also collect a project location, subject or place, why it matters, material and size preferences, timing, travel considerations, creative-rights preference, and an additional message.

If checkout is activated later, the site will record the order reference, selected artwork and presentation, amounts, payment status, contact details, and shipping details needed to manage the order.

How it is used

Inquiry and order information is used only to respond, prepare a quote, discuss licensing or commissioned work, process an approved purchase, and manage production and delivery.

If activated, checkout will be provided by Stripe. Payment card numbers will be entered directly into Stripe Checkout and will not be received or stored by this site.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry records are stored in the site’s private database. Information is not sold. It may be shared with a production or delivery provider only when necessary to fulfill an order you approve.

Transactional inquiry email is delivered through Resend. The details needed for an owner notification and customer confirmation are sent to Resend for that purpose.

If commerce is activated, Stripe will receive the information needed to process checkout and prevent fraud. WhiteWall or another approved print provider will receive only the order and delivery details needed to produce and ship an approved order.

Cookies and measurement

This release does not use advertising pixels or a third-party audience-analytics service. The hosting platform and security providers may process basic request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

To limit automated or repeated form submissions, the site briefly stores a one-way hash derived from basic network and browser request information. The underlying network address and browser identifier are not written to the inquiry record, and the rate-limit entry expires automatically.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of an inquiry record by submitting a contact request and identifying the inquiry reference. Legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations may require limited retention.

Do not submit payment card numbers, government identifiers, medical details, or sensitive information about a child through an inquiry form. A parent or legal guardian should make inquiries involving a minor.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.
