Print purchase policy
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Effective September 11, 2026
The first release consists of three fixed print specifications that Fletcher has produced, received, and approved in hand. Other photographs remain inquiry-based unless a product page states a price and offers secure checkout.
Order and approval
Checkout identifies the photograph, presentation, finished size, price, insured United States delivery charge, and any tax collected. Fletcher reviews each paid order and its delivery details before submitting the made-to-order lab order.
Production and fulfillment
WhiteWall is the print-production provider. For the first release, Fletcher will review every approved order and submit the lab order manually. The website is not connected to an automatic WhiteWall fulfillment service.
The delivery route may run from the lab to Fletcher for inspection or directly to the collector, depending on the artwork and destination. Fletcher confirms that route during studio review.
Shipping area, price, and timing
Checkout is limited to United States addresses. The fixed insured delivery charge is shown on the product page and again before payment. Production and transit estimates begin only after payment and studio review; they are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
If a material delay occurs after payment, Fletcher will contact the buyer with the revised timing and the choices required by applicable law.
Taxes
Any tax collected through checkout is shown before payment and is based on the delivery address and the studio's applicable collection obligations.
Cancellations
A buyer may request cancellation before the lab production order is submitted. Once a personalized lab order enters production, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Fletcher will attempt any available lab cancellation promptly and will confirm the result in writing.
Damage or an incorrect order
Accept the shipment, keep all packaging, photograph the package and the artwork, and contact Fletcher promptly. Fletcher will coordinate the lab claim and the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Do not ship an artwork back without written instructions.
Change-of-mind returns
Fine-art prints are made to an approved specification and are not prepared as general inventory. The launch policy therefore does not promise change-of-mind returns after production begins. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for damaged, defective, incorrectly described, or incorrectly supplied work.
