Terms of sale and site use

Current website status
The public website currently accepts inquiries, not payments. Sending a form does not reserve an edition, create a commission, place a print order, or require either party to proceed.
Quotes and specifications
A print order is formed only after the photograph, crop, material, size, production route, delivery destination, price, shipping, tax treatment, and timing are confirmed in writing and the required payment is received. Prices are in US dollars unless a written quote says otherwise.
Screen color, brightness, and apparent scale vary by device. The approved crop and physical specification—not the browser display—define the ordered artwork.
Payments
When activated, payment will be handled by Stripe Checkout. Card details will be entered with Stripe and will not be stored by this website. Stripe may display eligible payment methods dynamically based on account approval, buyer location, currency, transaction amount, and its own rules.
Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or another installment option will not be promised on the website unless the method is approved and appears for that buyer and purchase. Financing is offered by the applicable provider under its terms, not by Fletcher Shepley Photography.
Made-to-order production
Fine-art prints are produced to an approved specification. For the prepared launch workflow, Fletcher reviews a paid order before submitting it manually to WhiteWall. Payment does not authorize an automatic lab order, and the website does not represent a direct Stripe-to-WhiteWall integration.
Shipping, cancellation, damage, and returns
Destination-specific shipping, production timing, cancellation limits, damage documentation, and return treatment are described in the prepared shipping and returns policy and in the controlling written quote.
Commissions and services
A photography service or commission requires a separate written scope that addresses schedule, deliverables, travel, usage rights, creative control, cancellation, payment milestones, and any deposit. A website inquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Copyright and permitted use
Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction, publication, commercial, model-training, or resale rights. Public website use remains subject to the image-use and licensing notice.
Errors and availability
A photograph, material, size, price, or service may be corrected or withdrawn before an order or service agreement is accepted. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, Fletcher will offer the options required by applicable law, which may include consent to revised timing or a refund.
